Hi Families,

The Trivia & Silent Auction night is fast approaching, so be sure to organise your teams and book your tables as ticket sales will be closing soon. For those who have already booked their tables, please ensure you make payment asap.

If you are wanting to make up a team for the night, don't forget you can have family members and non CHPS friends on your table with you. 

Now, here are the details again for those who may be asking:

Date -  Saturday 12th August

Time -  Doors open from 6.30 for a 7pm start to our night!! 

Tickets -  $25 per person.

Table - 8 - 12 people per table 

How to book - Head to the school's office or contact our awesome office ladies and they will take down your details.

It is important that if you are booking a table with a group of friends, that you know your table number so that you can all ensure you sit at the same table. If unsure just check with the office 😊 

Don't forget to join our event page @  https://www.facebook.com/events/810199494057142 , so that you can keep up to date and to also see what amazing items we will have up for auction on the night.

Please note, this is a new page as we were having difficulties with our original page 😊

Also, start saving your gold coins! as you will need them on the night 😊

If any of our amazing families have a business etc, and would like to donate something to our Silent Auction or Raffles for the night, please email us at -

Now a few non Trivia Night reminders.

If you have sold/eaten 😊 your Cadbury Chocolates, please return your payment or make payment on Compass asap.
