VOCABULARY

Diagram: A picture with labels or arrows that shows how something works or looks.

Information text: Non-Fiction texts which give information on particular subjects.

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Ask your child what topic they have chosen to research at school. Together you could create a diagram about their topic showing its parts or how it works using labels and arrows.
