Our Rowville Primary School Champions

Nicole 4A

Nicole recently participated in the 2023 World Cup Ballroom Dance Championship in China. It was a wonderful opportunity for her to represent Australia in the International Juvenile Team Match. Nicole worked very hard to prepare herself and to do her best!

Nicole performed brilliantly, coming 2nd place in Latin, 3rd place in Ballroom and 3rd and 4th places when combining with her dance partner. What an outstanding achievement Nicole. We are very proud of you and are looking forward to hearing about what you do next.

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS NICOLE!

Maisie 5A

Maisie is training and running for a cause! On 15 October she is running 3km in the Melbourne Marathon to help raise awareness and much needed funds for CPEC. CPEC stands for the Cerebral Palsy Education Centre which supports people living with their disabilities. Maisie is trying to raise as much money as possible for CPEC and would love others to join her, through cheering on the sidelines, joining Maisie in the marathon run or donating to CPEC. If you would like more information about Maisie’s quest and how you can help, please see flyer below or click this link...

WHAT A CHAMPION YOU ARE MAISIE!

Year 5 and 6 Girls and Boys Soccer Teams

After a magnificent performance in the District Winter Round Robin (the girls District Champions and the boys a very close third), both teams qualified for the Knox Division Soccer tournament which was held on Tuesday 18 July. The very best teams from all around the Knox area participated in the event.

It was a great day, with all of the Rowville Primary School students getting involved, working well as a team, kicking lots of goals and loving the experience, running around in both the rain and the sunshine!

We are so proud of what both teams achieved, with the girls taking home the runners-up pennant and the boys finishing third overall.

CONGRATULATIONS ON AN OUTSTANDING EFFORT AND ACHIEVEMENT!
