NEW - Principal Appraisal
Pauline Hindson will be participating in a reflective appraisal over the next few weeks. This is an opportunity for Pauline to identify areas of strength and areas for future growth for how she leads the school. Some members of the staff and parent community will be called upon to provide feedback through a survey over the next two weeks. Your contribution is important to Pauline as she reflects on her role as Principal at Sacred Heart.
Further opportunities to contribute will be available on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th October when Chris Pollard, Chair of the Appraisal, will be onsite to meet with Pauline, students, teachers and some parents.
If you receive an email requesting that you submit feedback, I would greatly appreciate it if you were able to take the time to provide it. Your valuable feedback will be collected by Chris and will form part of the overall process that both he and Pauline work through in the coming months.
If you have any questions regarding the details above, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Best wishes,
Matt Cameron
Deputy Principal
UPDATED - Book Week August 21-27
Book Week is coming! August 21 - 27.
Please note the change of date - Our Book Week parade will be on Friday 27th of August. Due to the number of people in the quadrangle for the parade we are unable to have parent visitors watch the parade so we will make sure some photos are shared on the next newsletter and on our school website.
Each year our students look forward to the Book Week Parade where they can dress up as their favourite book character or dress as something inspired by the Book Week theme. The theme this year is, 'Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds'.
