Classroom News - Kindergarten

Mrs McMillan and Miss Simpson

Hello to our amazing Kindergarteners and families. Wow, what an incredible job all our families have been doing during online learning! We have been blown away by the work each of you have been doing to assist with online learning. We appreciate all the hard work that families have been putting in each week and we want to say a massive THANK YOU

We know these are extremely hard times, and our families have been thrown in the deep end with suddenly having to accommodate for Kindergarten learning (which is super tricky). We are incredibly impressed by the resilience and flexibility we have seen from families and students.

We want to remind families that our first priority during this time is the wellbeing of our children and their families. With this we want to remind families to do what they can. Some days that might be everything, some days it might be very little and a time outside is all that is on the agenda. That is ok. If you are needing help with work or wellbeing or if it is all simply too much, please reach out to us. We want to help you all in anyway possible.

We are hoping to see you all soon, and we have been waiting for our Zoom meetings everyday where we get to see each of our Kindergarteners. Thank you all for accommodating our daily chats and games.

Below we have shared some pictures of our Kindergarteners doing some of the activities over the last few weeks. We love seeing the beautiful smiling faces and the wonderful work that is being done at home!

Stay safe,

Mrs McMillan and Miss Simpson
