TERM 3 2020 PRINCIPAL'S AWARD

Congratulations Jordan McKenzie

Jordan is a Year 7 student and a member of Xavier house.  She is a member of Miss Paula Cox’s homeroom and has been nominated by Mr Heath McClaer.  Jordan has shown amazing resilience in the face of adversity.  Throughout this hardship, Jordan has continually practiced our core values of hospitality and compassion towards fellow students, ensuring they feel welcomed and included at all times.  She is also incredibly understanding and forgiving of those around her.

 

Congratulations Harry Knight

Harry is a Year 8 student and a member of Padua house.  He is a member of Miss Amy Johnson’s homeroom and has been nominated by Mr Heath McClaer.  Harry has attended school every day during remote learning and has practiced our core values of hospitality and compassion toward fellow students.  Harry goes out of his way to ensure fellow students feel welcomed, connected and belonging to the community.  He is warm and polite in all his interactions with peers and staff.

 

Congratulations Jack Sapuppo

Jack is a Year 9 student and a member of Xavier house.  He is a member of Ms Margie Howie’s Homeroom and has been nominated by Mr Mark Avery.   Jack has approached remote learning with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.  Jack is always punctual and well organised.  He has maintained a high standard with all classwork and assessment tasks and always seeks clarification in his learning when required.

 

Congratulations Ethan Prescott

Ethan is a Year 10 student and a member of Padua house.  He is in Mrs Sonia Opie’s homeroom and has been nominated by Mrs Mary Manfield.  Ethan is dedicated to his studies.  He works exceptionally hard at all his academic tasks and is an excellent role model for other students.  Ethan willingly assists in many school activities and is eager to help others.  His commitment to the college can be seen by the pride in which he wears his uniform and how he interacts with his peers and teachers on a daily basis.

 

Congratulations Abbey Clifford

Abbey is a Year 11 student and a member of Padua house.  She is in Mr Philip Opie’s homeroom and has been nominated by Mr Lachlan Murdoch. Abbey is an excellent student who works extremely hard and always goes above and beyond with her studies.  She has an excellent approach to learning and seeks clarification to ensure she has a deep understanding of the course content.

 

Congratulations Frances Zara

Frances is a Year 12 student and a member of McAuley house.  She is in Mrs Bogna Collins’ homeroom and has been nominated by Mrs Bogna Collins.   Frances is a student who consistently applies herself to her education.  Throughout her studies she demonstrates attention to her work, a positive attitude and respectful behavior to all those around her.  Frances is an active member of homeroom and has contributed to helping others in the class and providing insight into her experiences at the college.
