The Royal Children's Hospital are running a webinar this afternoon (Thursday 10th September, 4pm) on children's mental health during the pandemic. It is about maintaining hope, building resilience and the practical tools to help children to cope in these challenging times. It is suitable for parents, teachers and staff: https://www.facebook.com/rchmelbourne/posts/3749408925072591
Students should look out on Friday on the ‘MGC All Students’ page for details of our second 10,000 Steps Challenge next Tuesday 15th September or Wednesday 16th September. Students should also have a look at the last page of this newsletter – their physical activity and that of their family could also be added to the ‘MCG’s Road Trip Around Australia’ Challenge as well!
I want to wish all members of the MGC community a restful September holiday break.
