CSC Athletics Carnival

On Friday the 7th of April, CSC students and teachers made their way to the Wesley Hill oval for a full day of athletics. Sports including, running, long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, discus and javelin. All first-place winners with the opportunity to continue onto the Sandhurst level to compete against other schools. Many prizes and ribbons were given out, such as the Principal’s Gift prize of a $50 voucher, the winners decided from the first-place winners of all ages 100 metre sprints. The Kaweka house accumulated the most points and won the overall day as well as the female and male division.

Ride2School

On Friday the 14th of May, some CSC Physical Education classes had the privilege of being involved in the Ride2School program.  Ride2School is a nationwide program delivered by Bicycle Network, designed to support schools to encourage, empower and enable more students to get physically active on their journey to school.
