BEAT THE TEACHER

Do you think you have what it takes to ‘Beat The Teacher’ in a battle of wit and intelligence?

Every Monday, a video is put up on Compass for students across all year levels to attempt to solve before their teacher does. 

We have purchased a great selection of prizes for the winners to ‘lucky dip’ from each week.   Students can win anything from chocolates to iTunes vouchers. The first 5 students to submit their entries each week need to see Mr Moore to collect their prize! 

This week students have been challenged to video themselves solving a 'Rubik’s Cube'!     Anyone who feels they can do this, must upload their video and email the link to;

NAPLAN 

On Thursday 14 May, students from Years 7 and 9 were involved in two numeracy NAPLAN tests.

The assessments ran very smoothly thanks to the coordinated efforts of staff, students and parents involved. 

A huge thank you to everyone who assisted with running the tests on the day! 

UP-COMING ASSESSMENTS

Learning Tasks

All students from Years 7 to 10 have been completing major assessment throughout Term 1 and will begin completing new assessment tasks throughout Term 2. 

Parents and Guardians, don’t forget to go to Compass to view your child’s results for these tasks.
