Swimming Sports

On Feb 12, we held our swimming sports. We had great day with fabulous weather.  Although, everyone should be congratulated on their behaviour and having a go in the pool. I would particularly like to mention the house captains from Sutherland, Jordyn Smith and Melanie Bell, who worked hard all day recruiting swimmers and lead their team to victory.  Well done Sutherland with a convincing House win on 556 points! Congratulations to Caitlin Lynch on a fantastic performance breaking a standing record in 50m Backstroke held since 1993 by .09 seconds. Her new record stands at 39.41 seconds!
