SRC Elections
The Student Representative Council has a long history of providing safe and supportive leadership experiences to students at Carwatha College P-12. On Thursday, the 26th of November, we will be holding SRC elections for Years 7 to 10. These are SRC positions for 2016. This is a great opportunity for those who are willing to represent student voice and make a contribution towards improving our college. By becoming a member of this prestigious student body, SRC representatives are able to make a difference to our school by sharing new ideas and initiating any change. The benefits of engaging in SRC activities involve developing leadership qualities, teamwork and communication skills, shaping new ideas and concepts, and expanding organisational skills through the management of our school events.
Application forms can be collected from Ms Spina or Mrs. Bawa and need to be handed in by Tuesday the 24th of November. Candidates are required to make a speech at a Year Level Assembly on the 26th of November. This will be followed by casting of votes.
Good luck!
Mrs. Bawa
