Academic Excellence

Year 7 – 9 Academic Excellence Program

Our Academic Excellence students have been enjoying getting to know each other, learning about how to stay organised and how to form good habits (or break bad ones). They have been set mini tasks to do each week to assist them in achieving these goals. The students are excited to be beginning their first project in the near future.

Australian Brain Bee Challenge (ABBC)

Year 10 students have been offered the opportunity to participate in the ABBC. It is a competition which allows the students to learn about the brain and its functions, neuroscience research and careers in neuroscience. They will compete in Round 1, an online quiz, of the Australia Brain Bee Challenge at the end of March.

Write4Fun

Students from ALL AROUND Australia are invited to enter their original poems or short stories. There is no theme!! Entrants are encouraged to let their imaginations run wild and get their creative juices flowing to write on ANY TOPIC and in ANY STYLE. There are prizes to be won.
