News from Stage 2 Rose

In week 4 we were lucky enough to have the Australian and NSW captains for Rugby 7's come and talk to us. We also went to the Guyra Show to visit the Pavilion and look at some of our artwork.

In week 5, we had our Mid Term rewards which was a Disco. There were chips, poppers, chocolates and a big variety of glow things.

In Maths we have been doing Number Talks and Patterns. In Literacy we have been learning about Anh Do, he wrote the book 'The Little Refugee'. We wrote our own refugee story in 1st or 3rd person. In P.E, we have been practising for the Athletics Carnival next term. We have done Discuss, Shot-Put and Relays. We also have been doing some Coding with Mrs Mcllwain which is lots of fun.
