Fresh Food Fair
Wow, what an amazing Fresh Food Fair!! So many tasty treats and garden goodies sold.
We were blown away by the amount of help received. We couldn't have done it without this wonderful community. It takes a village. And what an amazing village it is!
Thank you so much to all that were involved in the whole kitchen and garden journey.
Kitchen & Garden Pop-Up Shop
Come in to the office this week to get the last of our delicious preserves, lemonade,
all-purpose citrus cleaner and yummy eggs! These are only available for a limited time and when gone they will be gone! (until next year 😁)
Tomatoes are also be available, with 6 varieties to choose from.
All sales go straight back into the kitchen garden program for our students enjoyment.
Garden
It has been a busy couple of weeks in the garden preparing for the FFF and then this week potting up tomatoes. The garden is looking fabulous and we are ready for our summer crops. A massive shout out to all our fabulous volunteers and garden trooper, students who have gone above and beyond to make our garden grow. Year 3s will be in the patch next week and they would love to see some parents come along for some fun activities.
Kitchen
Another great week in the kitchen with the Grade 3's. So many wonderful kitchen skills being learnt and a lot of knife licences achieved. Amazing start in the kitchen Grade 3's!
Here are our recipes that we cooked this week. There have been a few requests.
