There are many benefits to a student undertaking work experience, these include:
Another option for those who don’t feel ready to undertake off-campus work experience just yet – is the Virtual Work Experience program that we also have available through our College Career Tools website.
Virtual Work Experience can be carried out in the comfort of your own home and in your own time.
Virtual Work Experience activities are all completed online through a range of interactive activities and projects. Each Job experience takes around 7-9 hours, broken down into smaller projects and experiences. These can be done at different times, fitting in with your other activities.
A range of Industries is available including Policing, Psychology, Nursing, Engineering, Veterinary, Physiotherapy, Law, Building & Construction, Game Development, Doctor, Personal Trainer, Hairdressing, Teaching, Forensic Science.
