Spring Fair - 16 Sleeps To Go

Rides

The ride wrist bands are on sale at https://events.humanitix.com/mps-spring-fair-2022-tickets 

The wrist bands will also be available for sale onsite at the following times:

Friday 11th November - 3.15pm to 4pm

Monday 14th November - 3.15pm to 4pm

Wednesday 16th November - 8.30am to 9am

Friday 18th November - 8.30am to 9am

Friday 18th November - 3.15pm to 4pm

The stall will be set up in the undercover area near the front office.

The wrist bands are $40 before the Fair and are $45 if purchased on the day of the Fair.

If parents have purchased wrist bands online, they can be picked up from this stall before the Fair or on the day of the Fair.

Succulents

The Prep students have painted pots and are planting succulents in the pots for sale at the Fair.  Unfortunately we do not have enough succulents for all the pots.  We are asking for donations of succulent off cuts.  If you able to assist please contact the office on 9571 6281.

Silent Auction

An amazing selection of items has been sourced for the silent auction.  The Silent Auction will go live this Friday and close at 4pm on Sunday 20th November.  Please watch out for the COMPASS email on Friday this week with access details.

Calls for Help

A lot of work has gone into the planning and organising of the Spring Fair.  The organising team is now calling for the assistance of the whole school community to set up the Fair and run the activities on the day.

Stalls

Parents are asked to consider offering time to work on the stalls. Even if you only have an hour to spare, it will be a wonderful assistance.  In particular the food stalls are looking for volunteers.

Calls for help have gone out through COMPASS and are also in this Newsletter on the Spring Fair page.   Each stall has a link for sign up.

Fair Set Up

The task of setting up the Fair begins on the Saturday before the Fair (19th November).  The setting up requires team.  The more volunteers we have, the quicker the set up will be.  Again, even if you only have a limited time to spare, it will be a great assistance to the team.
