Time to Enrol! Brentwood Instrumental Music Program 2023

Dear Students and Parents,

It is now time to begin to enrol and/or re-enrol for your music lessons at Brentwood. If you have not had lessons before and are a current Brentwood student please also use this form to sign up.

We have had an amazing year with so many great performances. 2023 is already shaping up to be a pretty exciting year with additional events and performance opportunities in store.

1. This application MUST be completed by/with a parent or guardian
2. Don't miss out. The sooner we know who is continuing the better we can accommodate each students preferences etc
3. Please complete this form by Friday 4th November, 2022
4. Confirmation of your enrolment will occur on the first day of school 2023
5. Payment of fees will open at the start of the 2023 school year and close mid-way through Term 1, 2023 (date TBC).
