Visual Arts and Sustainability

'Seeing the world through a different lens.'

Sustainability

Over the holidays a Fox visited our chickens but could not tunnel through the reinforced flooring. Year 1 and 2 students did artwork about foxes and we just love Greta’s fabulous fox which is about to be lassoed by a chicken.

ART  -  recycling materials

Welcome back to a fabulous and creative year of Art.  We are ready to let our imagination and creativity explode!

What fun we will have learning new techniques and developing our thinking skills .

To help us have the best range of materials to nurture our creative ideas please keep sending along any small items that could be used in collage or sewing.

We love beads, buttons, industrial left over shapes, CDs, butter containers and egg cartons.   If any parents work in a factory please keep an eye out for offcuts  as they are amazing shapes.

Middle and Senior students are designing and making fantasy keys so they are keen to layer a range of shapes.

No boxes at the moment as I just don’t have room to store them.

Cheers
