Welcome Year 2 Students.

Welcome back Year 2.

It has been a very exciting start to Year 2! This week our word of the week was 'apprehensive'. We had a lot of fun creating drama and interesting sentences to match our word. Take a look at our apprehensive faces below! We also finished writing letters introducing ourselves, which we have published and decorated and are now on display in the corridor (see the picture below). We have also been learning about the importance of having a growth mindset, and created balloons to be displayed in our classroom. These remind us to keep challenging ourselves and to try our best in every task!
