Indonesian

Kelas 7 Bahasa Indonesia

Year 7 students started their language learning journey immersed in Indonesian language and culture. They have researched on Indonesia, the country, community and culture, and presented their PowerPoint slides to the class. Students also participated in Indonesian puppetry, music and dressing up, besides learning to write and talk about themselves in Indonesian.

The year 7 students have passionately embraced their Indonesian learning and have been working consistently well. Bagus sekali!

KELAS 10-12 

Calling Year 10-12 Indonesian students to participate in the Indonesian Model UN assembly organised by the UN Association of Australia and Department of Education. It is a great opportunity to use your Indonesian as ambassadors to speak on ‘Combating Climate Change’. This immersion event will help you learn about international relations, the UN system and global issues which will further develop your language competency in preparation for VCE. You will be prepared and trained for the event. Please see Bu Devathas for further details. 

Food Tech

In Year 8 Food Technology, students have been learning how to work in the school kitchens. They are developing excellent food preparation skills and produced Quiches this week. 

Senior Sport 

Mr. Whippy! 

Mr. Whippy visited our students on lunchtime on Wednesday, and it was a huge hit! Keep an eye on Compass to find out when he might be popping in again!

Swimming Sports

Our whole school Swimming Sports was held at Aquanation earlier this term, and was a huge success. You'll hear more about Swimming Sports in our next edition!
