Pre-Kindy @ Cornerstone Busselton
Cornerstone Christian College is excited to advise we are seeking ENROLMENTS for a new Pre-Kindy program we will be commencing in July 2018. Pre-Kindy @ Cornerstone will be a full day program operating on Tuesdays in our Early Learning Centre, Busselton. With photo day almost upon us there are a few reminders.
1. Students need to be dressed in term 2 winter uniform
2 Each student will need to bring with them their named envelope on the day, even if you will not be purchasing any photos
3. Sibling photos will only be done if a specific envelop has been collected from the front office.
Please check with your campus admin for sibling photo times.
Consent 2 Go
Mr Maynard recently sent out a letter explaining that the College would be using Consent 2 Go as the new platform for asking for permission for students to attend camps and excursions. You will have received an email from Consent 2 Go asking you to set up an account and to complete the medical and emergency contact information for your child. Without this account and information students will not be able to participate in those events. We would like to start term 3 with using Consent 2 Go and so we ask that you promptly set up your account and input the medical and emergency information ask of you. If you have any questions regarding Consent 2 Go please contact Elle Maynard at the Dunsborough campus 9742 1133 (8.15-10.15am Mon-Fri) or email elle.maynard@cornerstone.education.
Collection of Data for Pre-Primary Students
Parents of our Pre-primary students will be receiving a data collection form from their teacher. This information is a requirement of the Federal government. Please complete the form and return it to the College as soon as possible.
Busselton forms can be given to admin or scanned and emailed to our enrolment officer Mirinda Atkinson (mirinda.atkinson@cornerstone.education)
Dunsborough forms can be given to Mrs Midgley or Mrs Bartley, or handed in to Elle Maynard in the office. All information given on the form will remain confidential.

Great Book Swap
Y5 & 6 Secondary Information Night
As part of our transition program from Primary to Secondary school we hold a Secondary Information Night for students in Year 5 and 6 and their parents. The aim of the evening is to present a description of Secondary school at Cornerstone, to answer questions about how it all works and to build the excitement of moving into a different stage of schooling. We intentionally invite the Year 5 students because it helps them form a clearer picture of what is in store for them in the near future, even though the focus is on getting the Year 6 students ready for next year.
This year we will be holding the Information Night at 7pm on Wednesday 27th June at the Cornerstone Auditorium. I recently spoke to the students in their classes about the Information Night and they immediately started asking lots of questions about high school! So bring them along and take part in the next step in their Cornerstone journey.
