You will notice the return of a familiar name - Linda is returning to our school in the science program, and that some familiar names are missing from this list, as we have a few of our teachers using 2022 to explore new options and pathways in their life. While we are sad to say ‘so long’, we know that the connections we hold to the individuals in our community will continue and we may even see some staff return. Some short personal  messages from our departing staff are below:

Chris Moed -  With a heavy heart but much excitement that I will be making a move to a new school in 2022. Next year, I move into my recently purchased home and I begin teaching at Findon Primary School. Over the past 6 years, it has been wonderful getting to know so many amazing people across the school community. Thank you to all those that made a positive impact on my time at BNWPS. Looking forward to seeing you again in the future.

Lisa Do - I have been a part of BNWPS community since 2017, starting at OSHC before moving on to being a teacher in our classrooms. I have loved my time at this school and will remember you all as I move on to a new school in Essendon.

Martin Richards - 2022 is another opportunity to continue exploring, expanding, and growing my understanding and experience as an educator. With this, I will be venturing to a new school to continue my adventures and seek further opportunities to participate in another wonderful community.

Kate Middleton - Teaching has been the vocation of my life. I trained to be a teacher and have now been educating children for literally half my life. I am taking next year to explore whether there are any other unfulfilled dreams I wish to pursue and what I need to do in order to achieve them. I am open to new and different experiences and am looking forward to getting to know myself outside of the realm of school.

My love for teaching and BNWPS will always remain strong. There are places and people that stay in your heart forever. I have found a heart-home in this lovely community.

Bianca Dallan - I will be employed as an Education Specialist for Anglicare, working in the TEACHaR (Transforming Educational Achievement of Children at Risk) program. The program assists children aged 4-18 years who need extra help in the classroom. Teachers work collaboratively with children and young people to transform their feelings and attitudes towards learning.

Bell Martys - Thank you to my incredible peers, students, and families who have made my time at BNWPS so wonderful and rich. All the best in 2022 and beyond, I will certainly miss the joy you have brought to my years here. Lots of love, Bell.

Jessie Meade - I’m excited to be moving to Dalyston with my partner Matt and our little puppy, Sully! I’ve taken on a Learning Specialist role at a local school. BNWPS has given me so much and I’m so thankful to have had such wonderful experiences! Thank you!

Ibu Cath - I have enjoyed my time at BNWPS and I am looking forward to 2022 and the new opportunities and adventures it will bring.
