Online Canteen Ordering System

Kingswood Primary School is constantly on the lookout for new ways to make your interactions with school more convenient. This is why we have engaged QuickCliq (Our Online Canteen), to provide a new cashless way for you to order and pay for school canteen lunches. We will be trialling the online ordering system for the remainder of Term 4, enabling you to order and pay for canteen lunches online or via an app.

To register, visit www.quickcliq.com.au and create an account. Registration is free and credit can be placed onto your account using credit card, direct deposit or PayPal. Orders will be accepted up until 9.00am on canteen days. Please note: We will still be accepting cash orders if you prefer to continue ordering this way and over the counter sales will still be available to purchase at recess and lunch time.

At the end of this trial, we will be conducting a survey and would appreciate your feedback, which will be used to determine if we will continue using QuickCliq in 2018.

Stationery Pack Collection Day

The stationery packs for next year will be available for collection on Wednesday 13th December from the School Library between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm. This is the only day for collection. If you are going to be away at this time please arrange for someone to collect on your behalf. If this is not possible, contact the office to make alternative arrangements.

Please ensure you have completed the 2018 School Charges and Permissions Course Confirmation for each of your children and made payment prior to this day. If the course confirmation is complete and payment has been made in full or through an instalment plan, then proceed directly to the Library to collect the pack.

Payment will be accepted on the day but please be aware that there will be long queues and if you have not already completed the Course Confirmation, you will be required to complete this in the office before payment can be accepted.
