Amazing opening term!
The English Faculty and their students have completed a highly successful opening term for 2018.
Students and teachers now have the chance to recharge, relax and read! As Dr. Seuss says below – a book can take you on an amazing journey just by itself.
“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.”

Term 2 Units
Term 2 will see most Year Groups start fresh units targeting a range of new English concepts and texts. Below is an outline of what you can expect your student to be studying in Term 2:
Year 7 will continue their study of The Hero’s Journey with a focus on the Fantasy Genre and a novel. Meanwhile Year 11 and 12 Extension will continue their study of Speculative Visions and the Science Fiction Genre.
