Futures R Us will recommence on the first Tuesday of Term 2, students are encouraged to check their emails and Classroom for important information and amended calendar.
The Youth Engagement Strategy Program at TAFE will continue to run in term 2, with some areas having 4 more weeks and some 3, and the Girls in Trades will start the first Wednesday of Term 2.
White card courses will be held next term at the College. Workcover has changed the format to be more in depth and include a practical aspect, things means a slightly longer day and will be $95. Date(s) to be confirmed.
La Trobe University: Experience Day to be held at the Wodonga Campus Friday June 1 2018. Gives you the chance to not only see the campus but experience them – by taking part in fun and dynamic workshops led by real teachers. These events are open to future students and parents, so register your interest and learn how La Trobe prepares you to be all kinds of clever. There is a free bus from Griffith and back and lunch is included.
MyDays at Charles Sturt University: Wagga Wagga campus 6th Jul 2018 9:30am this session will cover a lot of the faculties other than animal science and an excursion may be run from school if enough interest. Interested students please get names to Careers as soon as possible.

University of NSW Engineering Work Experience for Year 10 students. Please see flyer, students should be considering studying advanced Maths and Physics in Years 11 & 12 to be considered, it is very competitive but Marian Catholic College has had numerous students having successful applications, a very worthwhile experience.
