Mila has shown great creativity this week when participating in our Tiddalick the frog plays. She did a wonderful job playing the role of the Eel and showed us a very funny dance trying to make the frog laugh! Well done Mila!

1AMax GillardkindnessMax has a very kind heart. He is very helpful to other students in our class and is a wonderful monitor when it is his turn to help the teacher. He will voluntarily collect classroom materials and help pack up equipment all with a smile on his face. He displays genuine concern if someone is hurt and will always offer to play with another student if they don’t have a friend for the day. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Max! His kindness and caring way is really appreciated by 1A.

2PLeonidas AngelopoulosCreativityLeon designed and constructed a well thought out bird-box for our Grand Designs unit. He carefully considered how he would decorate the bird-box, showing patience and creativity.

Joe is a motivated and enthusiastic learner. He listens attentively and participates eagerly in all class activities. Joe works independently, striving to produce his best work and enjoys the challenge of learning new things. He is particularly motivated by our Inquiry ‘Grand Designs’ unit at the moment and is producing an excellent bird box.

Jules worked collaboratively as part of a team during our wellbeing lesson. He was able to plan out a scenario and performed some wonderful acting to clearly demonstrate a peer pressure situation. Jules is a kind and considerate friend and we are lucky to have him in 3D. Keep up the great work Jules!
