Signing In and Out of OSHC
Please make sure to sign in and out all children separately. If you have more than one child please make sure to sign each child/line individually not a combined signature over multiple line. This is a government regulation that we need to follow to maintain our CCS deductions.

BOOKINGS REMINDERS
Just a few reminders :
- Cancellation of permanent/ongoing bookings requires 2 weeks’ notice. This is to cancel permanently booked days ongoing not just for a single or few days.
- Individual day cancellations will still incur the regular fee for that session regardless of casual or permanent booking.
- Please give us some notice of new permanent bookings to enable us to source extra staffing if required.
- Casual bookings may be limited due to extra regular bookings and current staff numbers. It is difficult to get extra staff on short notice.
- Please notify us if your child is not attending OSHC via text or a call 0409 007 104 as soon as possible. We do not receive notification from the school if your child is not at school or has gone home early so please let us know about these absences. This is to ensure all children are safe and educators are not taken from the program looking for missing children who where absent from school.
Friday 31st March Pupil Free Day
We are providing a program for this day 7am to 6pm.
Keep an eye out for an email in March if you are enrolled with OSHC.
Vacation Care Booking Forms
We are currently working on the April Vacation Care program which will be emailed out to all of our OSHC Families and will also be attached to the School Newsletter.
Please keep an eye out and make sure to read the booking date for your child.
After School Care Groups
As we have many children attending ASC we have them in two separate spaces.
The Prep and Year 1 children are in our main room and the Years 2 - 6 are in the school hall.
You will still need to sign your children out in the main OSHC room and we will ring for your child to come up.
Please feel free to go down and see the children in the hall and have a chance to see what they have been doing and the friends they are making.
