In Memory of Kath Lawson

Our College community is in mourning as we deal with the loss of our beloved colleague and friend, Kath Lawson, who died last Friday after a short battle with cancer. Kath was a determined, committed and loving educator who inspired all who worked with her. The outpouring of grief by all in our community has been extraordinary and speaks greatly to the ways in which Kath touched the lives of so many. There have been numerous past students speak to us in the past few days about the fact that they themselves have gone on to be educators and teachers because of Kath. This legacy is one that will ensure Kath's work and love of learning will continue.

Kath's life will be celebrated at a memorial mass at Resurrection Parish, Keysborough tomorrow, Thursday 19 December at 10:30am. 

We ask for your continued prayers for all who are suffering at this time of grief.   

Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord, let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.
