Junior School Council

Icy-pole sales every Friday!

Even though the weather hasn’t been warm every Friday, many students have enjoyed icy-poles! All money raised from the sales is going towards purchasing a defibrillator for the school. To date we have raised $1018.74!

This is fabulous as we are well on the way to purchasing a defibrillator as we have raised approximately 40% of the cost of one.

Icy-pole sales will continue to the end of term with the last day of sales being on Friday 13th December.

Thank you to everyone who has purchased an icy-pole so far!

So remember your $1 and enjoy an icy-pole and know you are helping the school raise money for a defibrillator.

News from our sponsor child - John Teresia

We received a letter from our sponsor child – John Teresia who is now 13 years old.

We support them through World Vision and this year they have learned about where to find clean safe drinking water, how to protect themself (child protection awareness) and how to stay healthy through good hygiene practices like washing hands.

The photo above is information from John Teresia. It is titled “Let me take you on a tour of my community!” They tell us about the roads, the stars, the drums and playing ball.

All of this information can be found on the JSC notice board next to the library.
