Prayer/Reflection

The following prayer will be said at our merit assembly on Friday.

Lord God, you are our beginning and our end.

As we begin the last term of our 2019 school year, help us to give of our best.

The term will soon be over so we need to make the most of every day.

We pray especially for all the students sitting their HSC exams this term.

Help all of us to concentrate on our studies and give us the strength and courage

to do what is right so that we will enjoy a productive and happy term.

We make this prayer in the name of your son, Jesus.

Amen.

Term 4:  A short but busy term is ahead of us.  It is important that the boys get back into their work and routines at home and at school as quickly as possible.  I have included below some Term 4 dates  that may be of interest - some parents may be assisting with the Founder's Day at Oxford Falls.

When marks are calculated,  I will endeavour to send out award recipients in the week before the Awards Ceremony which takes place on the afternoon of the last day of Term 4.

Welcome back to Mrs Spanyik who was away for Term 3 and Mrs Williams who had  some extra time at the end of the term.   I’m sure they are energised and ready for a busy term.

Thank you to the organisers and all the Year 5 parents and boys who went to archery and laser tag during the holidays.  Mr Carroll informs me that it a was a great experience.

The Science Afternoon at the end of the term was a great success, in part to all the work put in but also because we had the largest roll up of parents we have ever had for such an event. Thank you.  Photos can be viewed via the link below:
