The Football team will need to purchase the shorts and socks for $30. The Hockey team will only need to purchase the socks for $10. Students will require their College tracksuit and polo shirt. All other items of uniform are supplied.

Reminder of the Mobile Phone Policy

The Department of Education does not permit students the use of mobile phones in public schools unless for medical or teacher directed educational purposes. Students are permitted to be in possession of their mobile phone during the school day, however, mobile phones must be turned off and away. Students must put their smart watches in ‘aeroplane mode’ so phone calls and messages cannot be sent or received during the school day. Students can be stored in their mobile phones in their lockers or dormitories.

We understand that mobile phones are a useful tool for students to keep in contact with family and in the event of emergency.  The College recognises the need for students to possess and use mobile phones for both personal and educative purposes.

Keys for Life

All Year 10 students will be sitting the 'Keys For Life' road test in Health class. If they pass this, they will save $20 when they go to obtain their licence.

Winter for coughs and colds

If you have a cold, you should follow these tips to help prevent spreading it to other people:

  • Stay at home while you are sick.
  • Avoid close contact with others ie: hugging, kissing, or shaking hands.
  • Move away from people before coughing or sneezing.
  • Cough and sneeze into a tissue then throw it away, or cough and sneeze into your upper shirt sleeve, completely covering your mouth and nose.
  • Wash your hands after coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose.
  • Disinfect frequently touched surfaces, objects and doorknobs.
