2021 After School Tutoring Program

It is great to see that students are taking up the opportunity for after school tutoring.

The program is designed to benefit students by clarifying understanding, gaining more literacy and numeracy skill, seeking assistance in foil subjects, staying up to date on tasks, and giving more time to achieve set outcomes.

All students are invited to attend either Tuesday and Thursday (Maths and Creative) or Wednesday  (Maths and English)  from 3pm until 4pm.

  • Year 7 students  Dylan R and Billy O working on completing CATS
  • Year 12 students revising for SAC, Maddie S, Rita LC, Pippa S, Tristan W, Jack S.

Parent Webinar Series

You may recall that parents of our school have exclusive access to Elevate Education’s Parent Webinar Series for Term 2, 2021.

If you have enjoyed their series this Term, the good news is that they will be back in Term 3 with a new series, and we have been given first access to registration. You can have a look at the upcoming sessions and register here:

Content Navigation - Tech Support

As many parents and carers are digging into Canvas for more insight into their students' engagement I wanted to acknowledge the amount of content that there actually is on there and take a minute and look through the structure of a course from the perspective of a parent/observer in Canvas. This information will be generalised as some courses have leveraged the system in subtly different ways, it will still be of support to you in interpreting the engagement of your student/s as deviations should be clearly communicated.
