Fun with 2B

Over the past week, students in 2B have been enjoying learning about fractions and time. We have had lots of fun making clocks to tell the time and cutting various fruits into halves, quarters and eighths. 

We have also enjoyed talking about what it means to infer during reading time activities. Students have used a range of different mediums to make inferences including text, pictures, sound and animations. 

Making Mother’s Day cards for all special mums was our biggest highlight of the week in 2B. We had just as much fun creating the cards as we hope all the mothers did when opening them.
