Reconciliation Week Takes Action 2021

Many of our community members attended Moving Beyond Words during Reconciliation Week.  It was an incredible panel discussion which detailed how we can move from being tokenistic to an ally and even beyond to an accomplice.

We are all on a learning journey and our staff and community share many ways to enrich our learning to ensure that we are truth telling and taking action to show that "sorry" is more than a word.

TPS Rainbow for IDAHOBIT DAY

IDAHOBIT Day is an international Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT).

TPS stood up against discrimination by going rainbow!

The colours on our inclusion logo represent the six-coloured Rainbow Flag, which is widely recognised as the symbol of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community ; black and brown stripes to represent marginalised LGBT communities of colour; and pink, light blue and white, which are used on the Transgender Pride Flag.

TPS is a Safe School as recognised by the Department of Education and Training.

Thank you to Zoe Miller and Finley Francois for the artwork and so many in our community for their voice in its design.
