Absences

Students arriving late to school must be signed in at the office by their parents.  

 

If you are dropping your child at school or picking them up early there is no need to put anything in Compass at home.  Please just use the Kiosk at the office to sign them in and out.  Please use Compass at home for full day absences only. Thank you for your support in this matter.

 

If you have any 'Attendance: Attendance Note Required'  visible on your Compass Newsfeed (as shown below), please click on them and explain any absences.  

Any unexplained absences will show on your child's report.

Winter School Uniform - PSW

PSW are our official school uniform supplier.  If you need extra warm layers for winter,  there is plenty of stock available:

  • Wool beanies
  • Waterproof jackets 
  • Long sleeve polo tops
  • Polar fleece jackets & vests
  • Wool tunic dresses.

Student Lunch Deliveries

  • We have had many late lunch deliveries over the past week.  With over 700 students, we cannot keep food at the required health standards or deliver it to all the classrooms in time for lunch.  
  • Whilst we all have busy school mornings and occasionally forget to check the school bag, we ask that you check that your student has their lunch and water bottle.  Please encourage your child to check their own bag to ensure they have their lunch.
  • Please be aware that the school office does not accept takeaway food deliveries (eg Uber eats, Mcdonald’s, sushi etc).   Due to health requirements, we cannot keep the food at the correct temperature or deliver it directly to the classroom. 

Lost Property

As the weather changes, we find many lost items around the school (clothing, leadership badges, toys etc.). 

 

All items labelled with the students' names will be returned to the classroom.

  •  Please ensure you label all your child/ren's clothing and items brought to school (clothing, lunch boxes, drink bottles, leadership badges etc.)
  • If you purchased items from the second-hand stall, remember to relabel them appropriately.
  • Parents are welcome to check the Lost property bins.  They are at the School Office & Gym(Parents/Carers can check before or after school only).
