Children away sick
Please make sure to let us know if your children are not going to be at school on a particular day or away for family holidays.
We spend a lot of time looking for children who have not arrived to OSHC each day and they often have not been at school that day.
You can either email us wheelershilloshc@gmail.com or text us on 0409 007 104 and let us know your chid is away.
The start of a session is a busy time and trying to find missing children takes educators away from the program.

June/July Vacation Care Program
Bookings are open for Current Permanently booked families.
Bookings will be open for Casual and Community Families from Monday 12th June.
We will close all bookings on Friday 17th June, please make sure to get your forms in by this date.
Changes to CCS payments from 10th July
From 10 July, there are changes to the way Services Australia works out your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlement. This means your family’s CCS may increase.
If you already get CCS, you don’t need to do anything to get the increased rate. Services Australia will apply these changes for you from 10 July 2023.
You can use the Child Care Subsidy Calculator at StartingBlocks.gov.au to see what your CCS may be and how much you may pay for child care.
