Teeth On Wheels

Just a reminder that we have Teeth On Wheels visiting our school for dental visits starting on the 5/06/20223.

Please complete your form today and the Teeth On Wheels team will be in contact to schedule your child’s appointment and notify you on your eligibility. If you are not eligible, Teeth On Wheels will offer you a special deal of $99 for the full check-up, clean, fluoride treatment and any x-rays if required (this can be claimed back through your private health insurance).

Updating Your Child' Student Enrolment Information 

Please remember to provide Banyan Fields P.S. with any updated information as soon as your circumstances change.

To make changes to your child’s enrolment information, please email banyan.fields.ps@education.vic.gov.au with any required changes and/or request a Student Enrolment Information Form to be sent home with your child, where you can review the information currently on the school system, then make alterations where necessary and return to Banyan Fields PS office for details to be updated.
