We would love to promote our Holy Spirit family business’. If you are a family business and interested in sponsorship we would love to support you!

Advertising runs through to February the following year. With EOFY approaching it’s a perfect tax deduction so check with your accountant! 

There is room for another major sponsor and our social media package is awesome value!

Stall Leaders / Co-Ordinators

For years we have been blessed to have the same volunteers take charge of our stalls.  With many Parish Members stepping down and families who have left the school we are looking for 10 Stall Leaders for Fete Day.

Leaders are NOT required to work on stall all day but to help organise the volunteers. The stalls include: Poffertjes, Donuts, BBQ, Hot Dogs, Coffee, Trash & Treasure, Face Painting, Books, Silent Auction and Toys.

Please contact us if you are interested in learning more or know a local club or group that would like to get involved (ie Sports Club) 

Mystery Jar Free Dress Day

Thank you to everyone for your kind donations to our Mystery Jar day! It was wonderful to see all the different jars with so many unique ideas and how excited the children are for the Fete! The Fete Committee appreciates each donation and once again thank you to P&F and the volunteers for collecting & sorting.

If you are interested in helping on a stall for a few hours come Fete Day please reach out or come to our next meeting Tuesday 20 June

Lob a Choc Free Dress Day

Friday 18 August 

Another one of the most Popular Fete Stalls, Lob a Choc will be running a Free Dress Day in exchange for a block, bag or boxed chocolate.  Make sure to keep an eye out for specials at the supermarket the coming weeks and save some chocolate so you can come in Free Dress.  This is of course optional and remember no nuts please!

Fete Committee Update

Planning is well underway for planning for Fete Day Saturday 7 October.  We have listened to your feedback and are pleased to announce not only will we have more rides than ever including a bigger family zone and rides for littles ones but the Animal Farm entry will now be included with wristband purchases.

We are on target for our fundraising goal but with a few sponsors unable to recommit this year we are on the search for new sponsors, new committee members and stall co-ordinators!

Fete Committee

The Fete Committee is made up of current and past school parents and members of the wider Holy Spirit Parish community. With many key members stepping down and retiring we are on the search for new members.  This is a great year to dip your toe in and see what it is all about without the pressure of a specific role and to have fun!
