Next Meeting - 24 July 2023
The PFA will hold its next monthly meeting on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 7.30pm in the school staff room in the Main Office Block. If any new members of the school community would like to join, please email Aban at aban2309@yahoo.com and we will very happily add you on to the distribution list.
6 June 2023 – EDSC Winter Music Concerts
The Parents & Friends Association is very enthusiastic to once again set up a Canteen at the much-loved EDSC Winter Music Concerts where our young talented students perform so brilliantly. We are sure you will be looking forward to the night.
PFA Canteen will be serving between 7.15pm and 8.00 pm (the break between the 2 concerts).
Whilst you interact with the community present, please visit the PFA canteen and treat yourselves to some yummy snacks, hot food and hot beverages.
MENU for the night is:
Pizza (both vegetarian and
non-vegetarian option)
Sausage Rolls / Spinach & Ricotta Rolls
Popcorn snack packs
Pocky
Chocolates
Lollies
Juice
Hot Beverages (Tea, Coffee & Milo)
Both EFTPOS and cash options will be available for payments
Minimum spend for EFTPOS is $5
PFA Raffle
The PFA Raffle is now in its 3rd year. We are once again very excited to launch the raffle tickets on the night of the Winter Music Concerts ($5 per ticket). Look out for the Raffle Booth to purchase your tickets for a chance to win one of the two wonderful prizes:
1st Prize - $100 Bunnings Gift Card 2nd Prize - Digital Entertainment Membership
9 July 2023 - Bunnings Sausage Sizzle
The PFA will be organizing another Bunnings Sausage Sizzle at Bunnings Doncaster on 9th July 2023. This is a great fundraising opportunity for the school to raise extra funds for the school projects. Please visit the stall, bring your friends and family and treat yourself to a hot dog or two!!
We would like to request the wider school community to come forth and volunteer their help for this event. Please forward your expression of interest via email to Aban at aban2309@yahoo.com. We will be delighted to include you in our list of volunteers
