Year 10 Meningococcal ACWY Vaccination

The Department of Health is offering parents of students in Year 10 the opportunity to have their child vaccinated against Meningococcal ACWY.

The Department of Health Vaccine Team will be visiting the College on Thursday 8 June to administer Meningococcal ACWY Vaccine.

We request that If you have not registered your child for Meningococcal ACWY vaccine, it is important to register before Thursday 8 June, regardless if you give consent or decline.

To provide consent/or decline vaccination, please register your child onto VaccinateWA.

A paper-based immunisation consent form can also be obtained via the HealthyWA  website or you can complete the consent form attached and return to school with your child.

Online consent process is preferred.
