Influenza Vaccine for Boarders

The school will once again be offering the influenza vaccine to all boarding students in Term Two. This will be carried out on campus on Wednesday 18 May.

If you would like your child/ren to receive the influenza vaccine, please complete the consent form by Friday 29 April and return it via nurse@gsg.wa.edu.au. The cost of the vaccine is yet to be confirmed, however it will be approximately $35.00 and will be charged to your school account.
