Five Questions - Staff

Our office staff do a marvellous job. They keep things running smoothly, they support the entire school community and they do so in a friendly and fun manner. With this in mind, we thought this edition's version of five questions was the perfect opportunity to learn a little more about each of them. 

 

The questions:

  2. What was the first live concert you went to?

Daniel Glenn

  1. Photography. The teacher, Mr Lou, was awesome and let us use our Discman in class. #throwback
  2. My first concert was Linkin Park, which was pretty cool because I snuck onto the floor and met the audio engineer. He took me on a backstage tour, but unfortunately, I didn't meet the band
  3. Bacon and egg sandwich. Mine is the best you'll ever have
  4. Outside of work I am a CFA firefighter, which takes up most of my free time. I also play basketball a few times a week
  5. Besides the three minute drive to work, I would have to say the work itself. It's fun, interesting and always something different happening every day.

Karyn Adams

  1. History, because we learned really cool stuff about medieval times
  2. AC/DC (Bon Scott Era)
  3. I hate cooking, but if I had to pick something, it would be roast pork                                       
  4. Crafting                 
  5.  get to work with so many great people.

Maddy Meyland

  1. Home Economics, because we got to eat the food afterwards and I enjoy cooking
  2. Barbie concert
  3. Sticky date pudding
  4. Camping
  5. Vera the dog!

Lara Parr

  1. History and Geography. I believe the past teaches us about the present and I enjoyed learning about our planet and its systems
  2. Australian Crawl at the Domain Sydney. I think it was their last live concert and I remember being devastated by this, as they were fantastic to watch
  3. Penang chicken, roast pork and pavlova (not all together)
  4. Horse riding
  5. I really enjoy my work and the people that I work with. I love our small community and how people support each other. I also really enjoy having the term breaks off to ride my horse.
