The PAX Game

enhancing our K-6 PBL Wellbeing Program

K-6 will launch a new wellbeing program called ' PAX Game.' This program will compliment and enhance our existing K-12 PBL Wellbeing Program.

The PAX Game teaches students skills for self-regulation and students will work as part of team in order to create PAX (peace, productivity, health, and happiness) in the classroom. When their team and others achieve that PAX and avoid problematic or off-task behaviors, everyone wins a 'Granny’s Wacky Prize' of fun and celebration together.

The PAX Game is the most proven classroom-based prevention strategy. Encouraging children to make good choices for themselves and everyone else while avoiding negative choices builds self-regulation that lasts a lifetime.

When new aspects of the PAX- Game are introduced to K-6, they will be placed on Facebook to keep our school community informed about this exciting new program. So get ready to hear all about PAX Leaders, Granny's Wacky Prizes, PAX Time, Toodles, Spleems and much more!
