Group 8

Group 8 have had a wonderful Term 2 at school. They enjoy their morning and afternoon rotations each day and work hard on their numeracy and literacy tasks at their independent work stations. They have all made good progress when focusing on their Star goals at the teacher directed station. It has been wonderful to see their enthusiasm during shared reading sessions based on ‘The Gruffalo’, ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ and ‘I Went Walking’. They have enjoyed completing literacy and art activities based on each book and talking about their favourite character or image in the story. Students have had fun working on their communication and turn taking skills while playing games and cooking at the engagement station. The students also participate in daily discussions during our Communication Circle using our class PODD book with support. Congratulations Group 8. We are proud of all of your achievements.
