FETE UPDATE

Term 3 Fundraising

Fundraising efforts start to ramp up in the second half of the year with proceeds going directly towards the running costs of the fete.  We have several great opportunities to get involved with this term:

 

1.Tastepoint - Take 2.  Rescheduled to Friday 6th August - bookings now open. There are 3 sessions available

  • 5pm-6pm
  • 6pm-7pm
  • 7pm-8pm

Bookings for sessions will close on the 31st July.

2. The very popular St Agnes Wine Fundraiser is back -  keep an eye out for order forms being sent home soon

 

3. Hotdog lunch day (rescheduled from Term 2)  - TBA

We also hope to have some fun days at school where the children can get involved such as pyjama day.

We are still looking for sponsors and  major prizes for our raffle so if you have any contacts or ideas please contact our Sponsorship Coordinator Denham Martil denham.martil@gmail.com to arrange how you can help.

 

Helpers

If you wish to help with managing or working on a stall and you have not previously expressed your interest, or we have not yet contacted you, please contact us at stagnesschoolfete@gmail.com. 

Our stall coordinators Sally Forbes and Sarah Duddy will be in touch in due course with those who have confirmed their interest, regarding specifics for the stall you are running.

 

Donations

‘One man’s Trash is another man’s Treasure’

Please continue to hold on to your pre-loved items for our Trash and Treasure and second-hand book stalls.  We will let you know when you can start dropping these items off at school.

 

The next fete meeting is scheduled for Thursday 22nd July. Details as to whether or not it will be via google meet again or not will be emailed out to the committee prior.
