JUNIORS 

Our junior teams have had a range of successes so far this year with some teams winning more games than others, but from what I hear, I think everyone is enjoying themselves!

U13 HV ACADEMY

Congratulations to the 12 players selected for the Hockey Victoria U13 Academy, a series of skill based training sessions which leads to players being short listed for State team selection: 

COACHING DEVELOPMENT

A couple of weeks ago we ran a coaching session for all our club coaches with John Mowat, Hockey Australia's Game Education Manager. John very generously shared his advice, coaching tips and resources with our coaches.

We are in the process of implementing a mentoring program for our coaches to have access to support and advice from current and past TEM coaches.

If anyone is interested in learning more about coaching or wanting to coach a junior team at some stage, please drop me an email.

DEVELOPMENT PLANS

The junior committee is currently planning our next lot of club development sessions. We will be running some indoor sessions in Sept/Oct prior to the indoor season as well as our regular TEM Academy skills sessions in November/December.

We are also looking at running a 2 day holiday camp in the next school holidays. So lots happening, stay tuned for further details!
