Safety and Wellbeing online.

Our children are all digital citizens in one way or another and as the caring adults in their life, it is important that we educate them on how to navigate this online world. We must take care of their wellbeing and give them strategies to enable them to cope in this environment.

The following link is to the eSafety commissioner and is a government website for both children and adults with the latest information to help you manage online safety issues The kid's section has 3 main areas;

Be an eSafe Kid- with hyperlinks and information to be safe, be kind, be curious, be secure

I want help with- has hyperlinks to topics such I saw something online I didn't like, someone is being mean to me online, and how to get the most out of gaming, along with other many popular topics.

How eSafety can help- a place to report cyberbullying and information about this.

RU OK? Day

R U OK? Day is Thursday 10 September 2020. It’s our national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?” if someone in your world is struggling with life’s ups and downs.

The message for R U OK? Day 2020 is:

'THERE'S MORE TO SAY AFTER R U OK?'
