Sleep and young people. Whats normal ? What helps what doesn't ?
Sleeping in can cause poor sleep.
Getting up at a similar time every day can help avoid this, and will make it easier to fall asleep at the right time in the evening.

Being active helps maintain your health. We tend to think that the mind and body are separate, but what you do with your body can have a powerful effect on your mental health. And it’s easier to feel good about life if your body feels good. Physical activity leads to chemical changes in the brain, which can improve your mood and lower anxiety.
