Food Technology

Students have continued to excel in all areas of Food Technology. They have prepared and presented a wide variety of foods in their classes, and worked collaboratively with much enthusiasm and delight!

Foundation and Year 1 Food Technology

The Foundation and Year One students have been using their spreading skills and rolling, to prepare sushi and traffic light sandwiches. They have been developing their rolling skills when using a rolling pin to flatten the bread to make their sushi sandwiches. Well done on your amazing efforts Foundation and Grade One!

 

 

 

 

 

Year 4/5/6 Food Technology

Over the last few weeks the Year 4/5/6 students have been learning how to use the toasting machine and prepared a Pizza Jaffle. Students filled their jaffles with tasty cheese, capsicum, olives and pineapple. Students delighted in preparing Rice Paper rolls and their presentation was outstanding. A wonderful effort Year 4/5/6, keep it up!

Café Culture Food Technology - Elective

Café Culture students prepared a Breakfast Pancake stack with seasonal fruit and a Caesar Salad. As you will see in the photos their presentation is amazing!

Year 2/3 Textiles

Students have been busy stitching and decorating their Teddy Bears using a needle and thread to stitch their design. The Year 2/3 students are beary excited about the progress of their bears so far!
