Condolences

Our sincere condolences to the Brothers' Community on the recent loss of Br Kevin Moloney.

Last week we learnt of the passing of former Principal of St Bede's College, Mentone (1988), St James College, Bentleigh East (1974-1976), Brother Kevin Moloney.  Brother Kevin was a wonderful leader of our school who passed away peacefully surrounded by his family.  He had several Principal roles at Lasallian schools including St John's Regional College, Dandenong, as well leading our school in 1988 before his years of leadership of the District of Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Br Kevin began his formation as a brother in 1954, the beginning of a faith journey which saw him commit more than 60 years of his life to the service of Lasallian communities. 

We pray in thanksgiving to God for the life and contribution of Brother Kevin, and offer our sympathy to the Brothers' Community and to his family, including grandnephew Jarrod Jackson (SBC 2020).

Our sincere condolences to the Lowe Family on the passing of Peter Lowe, grandfather to Jack Lowe (12.36), Kristen (staff member) and Ged (son).

Peter was a Lasallian from De La Salle College in Armidale.
